At Steel we source the finest cuts from suppliers that know their growers and every product from provenance through to detailed feed and finishing methods. Couple this expertise with our chef’s skill over the Argentinean wood fired grill and the result is beautiful, flavoursome dishes permeated with a natural smoke flavour. If the char-grill doesn’t grab you we have a host of dishes that are seasonally inspired from confit egg yolk and polenta through to a daily market fish with squid ink pasta and crispy skin rice bubbles.

And don’t forget that our balcony has daily happy hour drink specials, Monday to Friday from 4pm til 7pm and a terrific bar menu featuring Sydney rock oysters, individual sliders and share dishes. Try one of Aaron’s Autumnal cocktails or a pair of beef tacos with a bucket of Coronas.
